📝 TERMS & CONDITIONS

🌳 Gold Tree Seed (GTS) Offer

The GTS offer allows you to pay a fixed amount every month (minimum ₹1,000, in multiples of ₹1,000) for 11 months as an advance toward purchasing specific gold or diamond jewellery.

At the end of the 11th month, you will be eligible for the following benefits:

1. Bonus Benefit
   You will receive a bonus equivalent to 35% of a single month’s advance amount on successful completion of the 11 payments.

2. Double Bonus on Diamond Purchase
   If you choose to purchase diamond jewellery, you will receive a bonus equivalent to 70% of a single month’s advance amount on successful completion of 11 payments.

3. Discount on Making Charges
   You will receive a 20% discount on making charges of the jewellery purchased, applicable only to the total advance amount.

4. Gold Rate Advantage
   You will get the benefit of the lower between:

   • the 11-month average gold rate, or

   • the prevailing gold rate at the time of purchase,
     limited to the value of your total advance amount.

📌 Please note: No bonus is applicable on the purchase of 24kt jewellery or gold coins.

🪙 Swarn Sanchay Offer

This offer is ideal for customers who only wish to invest in gold (99.5% purity) and do not wish to buy jewellery.

• You can pay monthly advance for 11 months (minimum ₹10,000).

• At the end of the 11 months, you can purchase 24kt gold bar equivalent to your total advance amount.

• You will receive the benefit of the 11-month average rate.

• No bonus or discount will be provided under this offer.

💳 Payment & Redemption

• You may pay using cash, UPI, debit/credit card, cheque, net banking, or bank transfer (additional applicable banking charges for debit/credit card payments for Swarn Sanchay offer).

• Upon payment of all 11 advances, you may redeem your amount at any Khandelwal Jewellers (Akola) Pvt. Ltd. branch for eligible gold or diamond jewellery.

• Jewellery must be purchased within 365 days from the starting date.

• If paid via cheque, the amount & gold rate is considered valid only after clearance.

• In case of a dishonoured cheque, a ₹500 penalty will be deducted from the total.

• You will have to bear the applicable taxes on the date of delivery of the jewellery.

• It is mandatory to present all 11 receipts of the monthly advance payments and a copy of Govt. identity proof (PAN, Aadhar, Driving License, etc.)

⏳ Grace Period & Validity

• A grace period of 7 days is allowed from each due date to make your monthly advance payment.

• Only one advance payment is allowed per month; multiple payments cannot be paid together at once.

• The offer is valid for 11 months only. Failure to pay any month’s advance payment will result in termination of benefits.

• If you do not redeem the jewellery within 365 days from the starting date; bonuses, discounts and gold rate benefits will lapse.

🔄 Cancellation / Termination

• Upon discontinuation of GTS / Swarn Sanchay, you will not be entitled to a refund of the advance amount paid, as cash or cheque under any circumstances.

• The advance amount has to be utilised towards the purchase of jewellery from any of our stores.

• Upon the discontinuation of GTS / Swarn Sanchay, no discount, bonus or rate benefits will be applicable.

• In case of unforeseen events, only the nominated person may redeem the benefits upon completion of balance payments, full documentation and management approval.

⚖️ Other Terms & Conditions

• GTS or Swarn Sanchay is not transferable.

• Bonuses, rate benefits and discounts cannot be combined with other offers.

• Jewellery purchased beyond the advance amount is billed separately & making charges and prevailing rates as applicable will be levied on the excess amount.

• No interest will be paid on your advance.

• All disputes are subject to Mumbai jurisdiction.

• Khandelwal Jewellers (Akola) Pvt. Ltd. reserves the right to update or modify these terms at any time. (Updated T&Cs will be available on our website.)
